Week 10: FULLfitness Challenge

FULLfitness Challenges are for you to have fun with! We encourage you to try different types of fitness outside of the written FfL routines.

Today's challenge gets you moving outside while having fun with your family or friends.

This Week’s Challenge:

In addition to your FULLfitness workouts, invite a family member or friend to go on a brisk 20-minute walk with you this week. Make it fun by encouraging each other to walk swiftly. You can even make a little competition out of it. If weather doesn't permit, head to the local mall and do laps!

Bonus: Every 5 minutes, do 10 Push Ups, 25 Jumping Jacks and 10 Squat Jumps. Remember, you can modify any exercise when necessary.
