This Week’s Challenge

In addition to your FULLfitness workouts this week, choose one Wild Card Workout to incorporate into your fitness regime. Consider choosing a workout style that you have never tried before but have always wanted to explore. Give it a shot! Color outside of the lines and have some FULLfitness fun. The sky is the limit. You get to choose!!!

Bonus: Following your Wild Card Workout, think about how it made you feel to step outside of your comfort zone and try something new.
