As women, society often tells us that caring for ourselves is selfish—everyone else’s needs always take precedence over our own. We skip meals or grab unhealthy food on the run, never find time to exercise, stay up late night after night just to “get it all done,” only to wake up one day finding ourselves exhausted, depressed, overweight and in poor health, all in the name of being selfless.

While there needs to be balance between how much time we put into caring for ourselves versus caring for others, we MUST remind ourselves that we’re important too. You can’t be your best self for others or put your best foot forward day after day unless you rest and recharge. You need to “fill your cup” too.

Why the Name “FULLforLife”?

It all started a decade ago when Pam’s mom and Kalie’s grandmother, Patricia, passed away. She believed that being active, living joyfully, creating healthy relationships, having a positive mindset, faith and giving back to ourselves were as equally important as the food we eat. She liked to call this vibrant, all-inspiring lifestyle “living FULL.”

After her passing, Pam and Kalie decided to dedicate their efforts to help others take back their health, and power, by actively and intentionally making the choices necessary to live FULL… for life!

This trending lifestyle goes well beyond the basics of giving back to yourself and making your own health a priority – your choices have a ripple effect and can make a difference in the lives of your friends, family and children, just as Pat did for those around her!

The FULLforLife Approach
