We’re Pam and Kalie, a mother/daughter duo, and we want to help you prioritize healthy meals, movement and mindFULLness by living FULLforLife!
We know exactly what it’s like to struggle to find the time, energy and motivation to focus on healthy habits—just like you may be experiencing right now. Between our jobs, families, household duties and the everyday demands of life, we know how easy it can be to put your health on the back burner to care for everyone (and everything) else.
Using simple, manageable wellness practices, we’ve created a way to promote self-care and make FULL body wellness achievable, no matter what stage of life you’re in. Many of these practices have been around for generations, starting with Kalie’s grandmother (Pam’s mom), and are now being modeled to Kalie’s two little girls so they too can grow into healthy, confident adults.
It’s our belief that living a healthy (FULLforLife) lifestyle and prioritizing self-care isn’t selfish, it’s what inspires generational health!

If there's not a huge overhaul to my routine, will I actually see results?

Should I expect to lose weight?
How will I access the membership?
You will receive an email with a link to log into the membership via the email address you provide at checkout. It should arrive within 5-10 minutes of your purchase. The link will only be available to you and cannot be shared.
You’ll be able to access the FfL Community on your desktop, tablet and mobile device.
Is there an app?
While there’s not an app for you to purchase through the app store, you can save the FfL website as an app icon. We’ll walk you through this when you join!
I have a busy schedule. Will I be able to do this?
Great question! This membership has been designed with the busy woman in mind because we know you don’t have time to mess around.
Each day, you’ll have one small action step that’s designed to set you up for success, whether you’re in the busy season of life or not. These steps are carefully curated to optimize your health in the least amount of time possible.
Here are a few examples of what your daily focuses may entail:
- Listen to our 2-minute guided meditation before bed. (mindset & self-care)
- Swap a processed snack for a healthier one. (nutrition)
- Throughout the day, listen deeply to your body’s signals for hunger. (weight loss and maintenance)
- Get in a 15-minute workout—we provide you with guided videos! (fitness)
Do I need to incorporate every wellness prompt to be successful?
That’s a great question! You don’t have to follow every daily prompt. The FfL Community subscribes to a progress over perfection approach, so even aiming for a B- when it comes to healthy choices is a positive step forward.
However, it’s important to remember that achieving total body wellness requires some effort on your part. It’s not something you can outsource or expect to happen without taking action. We’ve simplified things as much as possible to help you establish a routine, set yourself up for success, and create healthy habits that become a part of your lifestyle.
Is there a community component for accountability?
Yes! As part of the Membership, you’ll gain access to our private Facebook Community. This group is an amazing space to connect with other FfL Community members and cheer each other on.
While the membership does not require social media to participate, we strongly encourage you to consider joining our Facebook Community for extra support, to build friendships and to maximize your results!
Is there a meal plan?
Your membership does not include a meal plan, but you will have access to members only real-food recipes and a seasonal menu plan.
Is there a payment plan? How does it work?
The FfL Community is an ongoing membership for US $24 a month or you can pay for the quarterly membership and get 2 weeks free. For the best value and best results, you can pay 6 months in advance and get 7 weeks free.
What is the refund policy?
The FfL Community is an information product, and therefore can’t be returned. However, we are extremely confident that if you incorporate the simple steps we provide for you, YOU will be successful in changing your life. If you have any reservations, try our monthly plan and then decide whether or not you’d like to move into an extended plan.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
If you decide the FfL Community isn’t for you, you can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked.
Head to “My Account,” click “My Subscription” and hit cancel – that’s it! You won’t get charged for the next billing cycle, but you’ll still be able to access ALL the content until the current cycle ends. After that, your subscription won’t renew. Easy peasy!
