Hi, I'm Kalie. The first time I ever tried a juice cleanse, I made it a day until the hanger, fatigue, and frustration wasn’t worth the results. No matter what your symptoms are (weight, fatigue, hormone dysfunction, stress, anxiety and depression, or even beauty concerns), there IS another way.

As your coach, I'll help you learn how to decode your symptoms, while healing your body using food and self-care.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I take into account how all areas of your life connect to your choices.

Together, we'll design a systematic approach to everything from organizing your kitchen and meal planning, to decoding cravings, incorporating fitness and creating a more body-positive mindset.  

As a self-love expert and health coach for women, my personal expertise is helping women like you - and me - feel empowered, nix the fad-diets and discover the tools necessary for a lifetime of balance.

This 3-month option is designed for women who are looking to take the next step, ramp things up and radically improve their health and happiness.

  • Bi-weekly 30-minute sessions to help you achieve goals, discuss barriers, create accountability and celebrate successes 
  • Targeted action steps between between sessions
  • Resources and handouts to aid you in your journey
  • E-mail support in between sessions
  • Access to our published book "A Busy Woman's Guide to Healthy Eating."
  • One 10-15-minute follow-up session after completing the 3 months

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support is offered after completion of your one-on-one coaching with Kalie. Ongoing support allows our clients to celebrate successes and receive a gentle nudge to get back on track if necessary.
