Our products are made from scratch through a traditional, small batch, cold-processed method to best preserve the quality and effectiveness of our natural ingredients. You will never find alcohol, artificial dyes, parabens, phthalates, or synthetic preservatives in our beautiFULL products.

Our unscented soaps and lotion are a great choice if you have sensitive skin, skin allergies or are sensitive to fragrances.

We use Optiphen, which is a paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative system to help protect against mold and bacteria in our products. We are confident in the science and testing of this ingredient and feel it keeps our products safe while still allowing us to make the best natural products available.

Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.Our distribution center is not open on the weekend, so any products ordered after 11:00 am ET on Friday may not ship until the following week.

If you live outside of the United States and want products shipped internationally, your shipping will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in our shipping price. Always make sure that you consult with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing to determine these specific prices. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We will pay for the return shipping costs and process a full refund.

If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged or defective, please send images of both the front and back of the product, as well as your name, order number and details about the product you would like to return to [email protected]. Once received, we will reply with the next steps.

Please note: To ensure your products reach you successfully, please double check the shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order. We are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information once the order is finalized. All orders are final once placed, unless you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product.

For an email response to a return: You should expect to receive a refund within 30 days of the package being dropped to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
