Description

These delicious quiches are a winner every time they are served. The flavor and texture of the bacon combined with apple and Boursin cheese stuffed in a mini phyllo shell will have your guests thinking you worked for hours to create these easy and attractive appetizers.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange the shells on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Divide the bacon and apples among the shells.
  3. In a large measuring cup, whisk eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour mixture over apples. Place a small amount of Boursin cheese in the middle of each shell.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, making sure egg is set, the cheese is melted and the shell edges are slightly brown. Let cool before serving.
