omelet

For breakfast, lunch or dinner, this savory pimento cheese is a satisfying complement anytime of the day.

The sky is the limit using this smooth, from-scratch flavorful spread to replace a slice of cheese. One of our all time favorite ways to enjoy it is on top of our delicious BBQ Burgers.

BBQ Burgers (makes 4-6 burgers): 1 lb. ground beef; 1/3 cup onions, chopped; 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (thicker sauce works better); 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; pinch Himalayan pink salt. Combine burger ingredients, grill burgers and top with Carolina Style Pimento Cheese.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese.
  2. Once mixed, gently fold in cheddar cheese.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. If your family is picky with flavor, add half the amount of pimentos. Jalapenos are optional.
Recipe Notes

1. Why freshly grated? Because it doesn't have anti-caking agents like pre-shredded cheese.
2. Why white sharp? Because it doesn't have coloring in it.
