Description

  • prepared wild rice

Instructions

  1. In a baking dish, mix together honey, mustard, yogurt, curry powder, Bragg’s liquid aminos and salt.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish and evenly coat chicken on both sides with sauce. Spread chopped asparagus over the top of the chicken.
  3. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Serve with wild rice and enjoy!
