Description
These fall-off-the-bone, dry rub, BBQ ribs are cooked in the slow cooker, making them an easy, no-mess meal or side for game day.
Ingredients
- 3–4 pounds beef or pork ribs, membrane removed
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (depending on your heat preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 & 1/4 cups BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Cut the rack of ribs so they fit in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Pat your ribs dry with a paper towel and rub the mixture onto all sides of the ribs.
- Arrange the ribs in your slow cooker so that the meaty side is against the wall of the crockpot and the thicker side of the ribs are down.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook on low for 6-7 hours, until the meat is cooked through.
