Homemade Baked Macaroni & Cheese Supreme
Finally, a homemade Macaroni and Cheese Casserole that is EASY to prepare and will warm your soul. Just increase your baking time by about 15 minutes.)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and macaroni. Bring the water back to a boil and cook the macaroni until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain well.
  3. Pour drained macaroni into a large bowl. Add shredded cheese, butter, eggs, salt, pepper and mix until blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 casserole dish.
  5. Pour enough milk into the dish to cover half of the macaroni.
  6. Bake covered until the dish bubbles around the edges and the top is slightly golden brown (approximately 45 minutes).
