  1. Add elderberry powder, honey, apple cider vinegar and ginger to a mug. Pour in the hot water, stir and let steep for 3 minutes. If powder and honey settle to the bottom, simply re-stir and enjoy!
  2. Serve with any add-ins you like. We sometimes like to add a squeeze of lemon. If you want to make a larger batch, leftover tea can be stored in the refrigerator and served cold or reheated and enjoyed warm.
