  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lay foil on medium - large pan (one piece horizontal, one vertical).

  3. Place salmon on foil covered pan and dress with 100% cold pressed virgin coconut oil, lemon juice, dry white wine, drained capers, dill, salt and pepper. Lay several lemon slices on top.
