You can get creative and add raisins, coconut flakes or simply eat them plain. Feeling a little frisky? Add bourbon in place of vanilla. If the kids are craving dark chocolate, throw in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Our personal favorite addition is raisins, walnuts and pepitas. The sky is the limit!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mash the banana. Add core ingredients and mix together. Add whatever "fun additions" you choose.
  3. Form cookies in a spoon and place on parchment paper. Bake cookies for 13-15 minutes. Serve warm.
