Early Morning Avocado Toast
Up your breakfast or brunch game with this simple toast. Honestly, what could be better than buttery, ripe avocado smashed onto crusty bread and topped with a dash of seeds and spice? Not only does it taste incredible, but the combo of healthy fats and fiber is also super satisfying no matter what time of day hunger strikes. Have children?   1. Lightly toast bread.
  2. While bread is toasting, mash avocado in a bowl with a spoon or fork.
  3. Add dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste to smashed avocado. Mix well.
  4. Spread mashed avocado on toast.
  5. Top with poppy seeds, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
