This refreshing Pineapple Mango Salsa will have you coming back for seconds! Use it as a dip for rice cake nachos, place it on a bed of greens OR top grilled fish, pork or chicken with it.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine the mango, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice and cilantro leaves in a medium bowl. Mix well and season with salt, to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, add diced avocado. ENJOY!
