Scale

Instructions

  1. In a large pan add EVOO and chopped onions. Using medium-high heat, sauté onions for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally so onions don’t burn.
  2. Turn heat down to medium and add ground beef. Cook beef until it is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Break meat up with side of spatula while cooking.
  3. Turn heat down to low and add ketchup, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. (If you like your hamburger BBQ a little extra saucy, feel free to add more ketchup and mustard!) Mix thoroughly, remove from heat and enjoy!

Meal Ideas:

  1. In a grilled wrap with pickles, sprouts, mustard and Swiss
  2. On an open-faced sandwich
  3. In FfL’s California Burger Bowl
  4. Plain out of a bowl
