Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- In a large pan add EVOO and chopped onions. Using medium-high heat, sauté onions for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally so onions don’t burn.
- Turn heat down to medium and add ground beef. Cook beef until it is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Break meat up with side of spatula while cooking.
- Turn heat down to low and add ketchup, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. (If you like your hamburger BBQ a little extra saucy, feel free to add more ketchup and mustard!) Mix thoroughly, remove from heat and enjoy!
Meal Ideas:
