Substitutions

Picky eater? Reduce the amount of spinach.

Add an additional 1/2 cup of coconut water if you want to thin out your smoothie.

Add a scoop of Greek yogurt for an extra-thick, protein-packed and healthy smoothie.

Additional Notes

We recommend organic ingredients when feasible.

Spinach will change the color of the smoothie. This ingredient wasn’t added to the smoothie pictured in this post.
