Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

  1. Add chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano and chili powder.
  3. Top with diced onions, garlic, beans, chilies, corn and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. If cooking on high, reduce time to 3-4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker.
  6. Serve hot. Can be topped with sharp cheddar cheese for added flavor.
