The cost per class is $5

Before Attending

Please Print, Sign & Bring: Class Waiver

If this is your first time attending FfL Total Body Tone at Shearwater, please print and sign (or digitally sign and send) the class waiver. This form must be given to Kalie before the start of class to participate. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact Kalie in advance.

If using VENMO or credit card, please pay prior to arrival. Cash is accepted at time of class.

Hi there, I’m Kalie and I’ve spent years helping countless women achieve the confidence and strength they’ve always deserved. Now I’d like to help you become your best self, every step of the way.

I’m the co-founder of FULLforLife, an author, speaker, health advocate and a momma of two. I have over 15 years experience in the wellness industry and have been teaching fitness classes for over 5 years.

My ultimate goal is to help you achieve amazing results with quick effective workouts. I’m excited to encourage you, challenge you and empower you to feel confident in your body.
