If you are just stepping into exercise, and consider yourself a true beginner, this program is for you! Over the next 28 days, you’ll gradually build up strength and endurance by incorporating basic fitness into your routine.
The 28-Day Challenge
Each day you will incorporate some form of exercise into your routine, ranging from recording reps, to 5-minute fitness challenges to 20-minute workouts.
- For optimal results, it is recommended to keep a daily "Food and Fitness Journal" (accessed under RESOURCES).
- Your "Warmups and Cooldowns"' can be accessed above under RESOURCES as well as on the SIDEBAR of each workout page.
