The 28-Day Challenge 

Each day you will incorporate some form of exercise into your routine, ranging from recording reps, to 5-minute fitness challenges to 20-minute workouts.

  • For optimal results, it is recommended to keep a daily "Food and Fitness Journal" (accessed under RESOURCES).
  • Your "Warmups and Cooldowns"' can be accessed above under RESOURCES as well as on the SIDEBAR of each workout page.
