Healthy Eating Made Simple opened my eyes to the importance of busting nutrition myths and making TRULY healthy choices based on FACTS. Just because something says “cage free,” “sugar free,” etc. – doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Not only was the course a great refresher on some of the nutrition basics I neglected over the years, it also taught me that what’s on a nutrition label isn’t necessarily the whole story. Well worth the investment, and then some!
