Today we're going to challenge ourselves with a 25-minute core-crushing workout. Each move strengthens your abdominals, leaving you with toned abs in no time!

How to Use this Routine
Focus on the motions of each move and execute them with intention; maintain control and keep your core tight.
There is no warm-up or cool-down within this particular workout, so you will need to either do it independently or choose one of our warm-ups or cool-downs from the exercise library.
Each round is broken down like this:
- Each exercise is done for 25 seconds with a 5-second rest between.
- Repeat each round 4 times (for a total of 4 minutes) before moving onto the next round.
