The Workout

Today we're going to challenge ourselves with a 25-minute core-crushing workout. Each move strengthens your abdominals, leaving you with toned abs in no time!

  • An exercise mat (optional)

How to Use this Routine

Focus on the motions of each move and execute them with intention; maintain control and keep your core tight.
There is no warm-up or cool-down within this particular workout, so you will need to either do it independently or choose one of our warm-ups or cool-downs from the exercise library.

Each round is broken down like this:

  • Each exercise is done for 25 seconds with a 5-second rest between. 
  • Repeat each round 4 times (for a total of 4 minutes) before moving onto the next round.
