Let’s face it ladies, between work, errands, being a good friend, wife, mother and daily tasks, life as a woman can get pretty hectic.

Our fitness motto: Get in at least 5 minutes of fitness EVERY DAY. On days when you can’t fit in a full-length workout or you’re simply looking for just a few minutes of fitness, try one of our weekly 5-minute videos!

The Workout

Today’s circuit features four bodyweight moves that involve everything from your chest to your core to your calves. This workout only takes 5 minutes, so you can do it a couple of times a week for quick total body tone.

Duration

  • 5 Minutes

Muscles Targeted

  • Total body with an emphasis on abdominals and entire midsection

What You’ll Need

  • No equipment
  • An exercise mat (optional)

Other Workouts to Pair with This Session

This workout is great to pair with a cardio, core or total body strength workout throughout the week. Aim to incorporate cardio AND strength into your weekly routine 2-3x a week (each). Even a few minutes counts!

Workout Instructions

  • Do each exercise for 30 seconds.
  • Repeat for a total of two rounds.
