Kalie struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, bingeing and self-image issues for years and knows what it’s like to have a difficult relationship with food. This course is designed for people who have a history of fighting food and disordered eating behaviors, such as chronic yo-yo dieting and overeating.
The course isn’t designed for people with active eating disorders (EDs), mental health conditions or those in an early ED recovery phase.
