FULLfitness Challenges are for you to have fun with! We encourage you to try different types of fitness outside of the written FfL routines.

Today's challenge is about getting a little competitive with your fitness fun!

This Week’s Challenge

In addition to your FULLfitness workouts this week, find a family member or friend, choose a Wild Card Workout together and challenge one another in a friendly competition. You can play a sport and keep track of the score, bike or hike while racing to the finish line, try a class and encourage one another to keep up OR challenge each other to an awesome fitness competition YOU create! Remember to keep it fun and friendly; you should push yourself while cheering your partner on!

Bonus: Following your Wild Card Workout, write a brief paragraph in your journal about what type of exercise you did and how your positive encouragement affected both you and your partner throughout your activity.

After finishing your workout, don’t forget to thank your amazing body for all its hard work!
