Let's face it, between work, errands, daily tasks and being a good wife, friend and/or mother, life can get pretty hectic. Our mantra when it comes to fitness is to challenge yourself to get in at least 60 seconds of fitness EVERY DAY!
To help you achieve this, we post a 1-minute move each morning on the FULLforLife Facebook page. Always remember, SOMETHING (even a speedy 60-seconds) is better than nothing!
HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a technique where you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time than regular aerobic and steady-state workouts, so you maximize results.

Our workouts have been developed for women of all ages, whether you are new to fitness or have been working out your entire life. They’re for professional women, busy moms, women just stepping into fitness, athletes, women making a lifestyle change or those wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle and boost their energy and confidence.
Just make sure you’re in good health, have no current injuries and have complete clearance from your doctor.
