Together, we’ll dive into the Healthy Living Log, sharing insights, challenges, and victories. Each session sparks self-reflection and learning, driving us to transform into happier, healthier versions of ourselves!

Here's the Bi-Weekly Breakdown...

Kickoff Session
- Kickoff & Goal Setting: In our first session, you’ll get your very own Healthy Living Log—our trusty guide for the entire journey. You’ll set some awesome personal wellness goals to get started on the right foot.
- Group Bonding: We’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a strong, supportive community.

Proper Portions & Mindful Munching
- Portion Power: In our second session, we’ll explore the concept of portion control and the amazing benefits of intuitive eating, helping you tune into your body’s needs and cravings.
- Food for Thought: We’ll reflect on our eating habits from the past week using our Healthy Living Log, sharing insights and supporting each other.

Get Moving & Feel Great!
- Exercise Routines: In our third session, we’ll find fun ways to stay active and ditch the workout guilt! We’ll explore how to make movement enjoyable and break out the resistance bands for a quick, low-impact workout together.
- Progress Tracking: We’ll take some time to celebrate the progress we’ve made during our first two weeks together!

Self-Care, Mindset & Stress Management
- Gratitude Exchange: We’ll celebrate those little joys we often overlook and uncover how gratitude can fuel our motivation, balance hormones and gut health, and bring true happiness to our lives.
- Mindfulness Techniques: Together, we’ll dive into some stellar stress management methods, like mindset shifts and deep breathing.
- Self-Talk Check-In: This is a total GAME CHANGER! We’ll focus on our self-talk and perspectives within the Healthy Living Log.

Creating a Healthy Haven
- Nutrition Navigation: In our 5th session, we’ll cut through the confusion and all the BS around “healthy” eating.
- Real Food Revamp: We’ll establish a simple, sustainable method to prioritize natural ingredients for the health of your whole family.
- Progress Reflection: We’ll take a look back at the past 4 weeks using the Healthy Living Log, celebrating our achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

Paving the Way Forward
- Reflect & Celebrate: We’ll look back on our 6-week journey, celebrating our achievements and the incredible friendships we’ve built along the way.
- Planning for the Future: Building on the foundation we’ve created together, we’ll craft a concrete action plan to keep our wellness journey thriving long after our time in the Wellness Circle!

Wellness Circle Leaders
We’re Pam and Kalie, a dynamic mother-daughter duo dedicated to empowering women to lead healthy and vibrant lives.
We’re fourth-generation wellness experts and have both worked in the healthcare industry since our early 20s.
In 2015, we launched FULLforLife after years of noticing the vague nature of “healthy” marketing and the sense of solidarity that often accompanies making better choices.
In 2024, we launched the Wellness Circle after recognizing the strong need to equip women with the tools to nourish their minds and bodies while fostering genuine connections.
Our mission? To help you eat better, move more, and live well — without extremes.
We’re here to support you as you thrive on this journey and live your happiest, healthiest, FULL life too.

When does it start & how long is the program?
We kick off on January 2nd for a 6-week journey! Each week, we’ll meet in person or via Zoom to dive into topics on nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.
What if I miss a session?
No worries! We’ll schedule sessions at times that work for everyone. If you can’t make it, a recording of the weekly focus will be available on your private member platform!
I have a busy schedule—can I still join?
Absolutely! We run our Wellness Circles at key times of the year because let’s face it—school, holidays, and life can easily throw off your routine, making these crucial times to have support. This program is designed to help you feel great and stay on track, no matter what’s on your calendar. You’ll learn how to navigate travel, celebrations, and life’s chaos while sticking to your goals!
I’m dealing with menopause—will this help me?
Yes! We’ll cover topics that are key to navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. It’s all about supporting your transition with guidance that makes you feel your best. 😉
