Ingredients
- 1 piece whole-grain bread
- 1/4 large avocado
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt and pepper
- 1 pinch poppy seeds
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Lightly toast bread.
- While bread is toasting, mash avocado in a bowl with a spoon or fork. Add dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper to smashed avocado. Mix well.
- Spread mashed avocado on toast. Top with poppy seeds, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
