This delicious Creamy French Apple Tart is one dessert that is guaranteed to impress your guests! For a gluten-free twist, eliminate the graham cracker crust and simply place the filling in ramekins or a small bowl. We love serving this dessert topped with Disaronno or Amaretto to enhance the almond flavor!

Graham Cracker Crust:
- If you’re making a gluten-free dessert, skip the graham cracker crust steps and move straight to the main ingredients.
- Mix graham crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom and up the sides of 10-inch springform pan.
Main Ingredients:
- Arrange apple slices in a circular overlapping pattern on graham crumbs.

- In a bowl, beat eggs, almond extract, sugar, melted butter, cream cheese and flour until blended. Spread over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Gluten-free Option:
- Place filling in porcelain ramekins. Top with apple slices and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Optional Toppings:
- Option 1: Drizzle with your favorite liqueur (such as Amaretto).
