Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay foil on medium-large pan (one piece horizontal, one vertical).
-
Place salmon on foil-covered pan and dress with lemon juice, dry white wine, drained capers, dill, salt and pepper. Lay lemon slices on top.
-
Fold foil pieces into a tented but tightly sealed packet. Place foil on oven rack and bake for 20-30 minutes (may take longer if salmon is particularly thick).
- Open packet, plate and serve. Optional: Slice other half of lemon and garnish each plate with lemon slice for squeezing.
Notes
We recommend wild-caught salmon and organic ingredients when feasible.
Always check for FfL-friendly ingredients.
Delicious and easy. Great to take to a gathering as well.
