Ingredients
- 1 slice whole-grain bread
- 1 tablespoon nut butter, almond or peanut
- 1 – 2 tablespoons cottage cheese OR ricotta
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Toast bread in toaster or oven. Top toast with nut butter, cottage cheese, honey, sliced apples and pepitas. Garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
