The tantalizing flavor is based on good quality extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup and a few other tasty ingredients. You can store leftover dressing in the fridge for several weeks, making this a great dressing of choice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard (if you don’t have this, substitute with dijon to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or medium bowl. Mix well and add dressing to salad just before serving. Toss salad to coat.
- Store leftover dressing in a glass mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for several weeks.
