Ingredients
- 2 (3.2 oz) bars dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat-proof bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream and Greek yogurt. (Be careful not to whisk too long or foam will form).
- Add 1/2 cup cream mixture and maple syrup to a saucepan. Cook on low heat and bring to a simmer.
- Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted. Add remaining cream and vanilla. With an electric mixer, beat about 3-4 minutes.
