  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat-proof bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream and Greek yogurt. (Be careful not to whisk too long or foam will form.)
  3. Add 1/2 cup cream mixture and maple syrup to a saucepan. Cook on low heat and bring to a simmer.
  4. Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted. Add remaining cream and vanilla. With an electric mixer, beat about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Spoon the chocolate mousse into small serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve topped with freshly sliced strawberries, raspberries or blueberries.
