Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (approximately 4–5 large strawberries)
- 1 whole frozen banana (best if cut into thirds before freezing)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 – 1 & 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk (depending on desired thickness)
Optional Additions:
- 1/8 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender combine main ingredients and add any of the recommended additions; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
