Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (approximately 4-5 large strawberries)
  • 1 whole frozen banana (best if cut into thirds before freezing)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 11 & 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk (depending on desired thickness)

Optional Additions:

  • 1/8 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender combine main ingredients and add any of the recommended additions; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
