Ingredients
- 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
- 1 medium kiwi fruit
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
