Vitamin C benefits and recommended dose

It’s important to include vitamin C in your daily diet to help fight certain cancers, boost the immune system, produce collagen and help the body absorb iron.

As a healthy adult, 65-90 mg of vitamin C is recommended daily, and around 120 mg of vitamin C is recommended daily if you are breastfeeding. To put this in perspective, a cup of 100% pure orange juice not from concentrate has 72 mg of vitamin C.

Wake up your taste buds, feel naturally energetic and enjoy this vitamin-packed meal in a glass and the variety of health benefits it offers for optimum health!
