  1. In a large bowl, mash avocado using a potato masher, fork or back of a spoon. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of mashed avocado on each rice cake.
  2. Top with capers and a piece of smoked salmon. Garnish with finely chopped dill. ENJOY!

Notes

Substitute dried dill for fresh.
