These grilled fruits are the perfect complement to any meal and double as a delicious dessert.

If you’re at our house and the BBQ is lit, it’s likely that there’s some sort of fruit sliced and sizzling next to whatever main dish we’re making. From topping fish tacos with grilled pineapple to slicing up grilled mango and eating it with a fresh Mahi Mahi filet, we LOVE to get creative in the kitchen by grilling different fruit.

Our 4 Favorite Grilled Fruits

Grilled Pineapple

Grilled pineapple is one of our all time favorite ways to top shrimp tacos. Simply grill the pineapple on either side, slice it into pieces and serve on top of your tacos with guacamole and cilantro… It’s making us hungry just thinking about it! For the full recipe, link HERE.

Grilled Pears

This is a really simple one that doesn’t need any attention whatsoever. Our family enjoys grilling pears and serving them as a sweet side to our main dish. That’s it, simply slice in half, grill on both sides and serve! This is a low-maintenance way you can impress family and friends with some sensational sweetness.

Grilled Mangos

Mangos are one of those unique fruits that almost taste too good to be true. If you want to take it a step further, try grilling these babies. We tried this a while back and served it with a fresh Mahi Mahi filet. We made it not once, but twice that week! Since then, it’s hands down become one of our favorite meals. Check out the recipe below!

Grilled Peaches

This is a staple in our house and one that we receive frequent requests for. It’s simple to make and there’s no clean up. To prep, just slice the peach in half and remove the pit. From there, grill face side down for two minutes, flip and grill flesh side down for two more. If you want to take it a step further and really impress your guests, check out our Gourmet Grilled Peaches Topped with Goat Cheese and Balsamic recipe below.

Two of Our Favorite Recipes
