Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole-grain bread
  • 12 tablespoons spreadable goat cheese (in a log, not crumbled goat cheese)
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Toast bread in toaster or oven. Top with goat cheese, strawberries, basil and honey. Enjoy!
